Students have the unique opportunity to see the progression of war technology used by the United States military. Starting with the first rifle that fired the first shots of the American Revolution to the emergence of military vehicles created to fit the needs of soldiers in WWI, WWII, Vietnam, and the Korean War. At the end of 8th grade we learn about the military technologies in WWI and how different weapons were created to fit the needs of the soldiers/armies during Trench Warfare. We will get to see firsthand the progression of artillery and anti-aircraft weaponry at the museum.
