The LMS student of the month is Chevy Jolley, she is a 7th grade student.

 

Track pictures will be taken Wednesday, April 19th during practice.  Please make sure athletes have their track uniforms for the picture.

 

Sixth and Seventh grade students received their paperwork for registration last week.  Please take a moment to visit with your student about the elective options they will be requesting.  The Registration Guide and course offerings are attached below.

 

Please ensure you are monitoring your students grades in PowerSchool.  Any 8th grader who receives a failing grade for the semester will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.  Any student with a failing grade at the end of the semester will be required to attend credit recovery during summer school.

 

Students can now place orders for this years LMS Yearbook.  The cost has been lowered from $15 to $10 because of the large number of books we are ordering this year, see Mrs. Steed in the LMS office for more information or to place your order.

 

LMS is asking all students to put their personal electronic devices (phones and iPods) in their lockers by 7:55 a.m. each morning.  This will give students the opportunity to put the device in a secure location and allow them to be on time for class.
