Parent Teacher Conference Information:
Lovell Middle School will be hosting conferences the evenings of November 15th and 16th.
We are trying an electronic scheduler this year (a link is provided at the bottom of the page) and will be using the following schedule
November 15th 4:00-6:00 p.m.
- 4:00-5:00 (Drop-in time), teachers will be in their classrooms and available for drop-in conferences
- 4:15-4:45 (Grading/Reporting Discussion with Mr. Hazen), Mr. Hazen will be available in the Library to answer questions and discuss the current changes happening at LMS.
- 5:00-6:00 (Pre-scheduled conference with teachers), use the included link below to pre-schedule a meeting with specific teachers during this time.
November 16th 6:00-8:00 p.m.
- 6:00-7:00 (Pre-scheduled conference with teachers), use the included link below to pre-schedule a meeting with specific teachers during this time.
- 7:15-7:45 (Grading/Reporting Discussion with Mr. Hazen), Mr. Hazen will be available in the Library to answer questions and discuss the current changes happening at LMS.
- 7:00-8:00 (Drop-in time), teachers will be in their classrooms and available for drop-in conferences
Please look closely at the date, time and teacher you are signing up for. Once you sign-up for a specific time slot no one else will be able to sign up for that time.
**Make sure to hit submit once you have check marked the time slot you want to sign-up for. You will be asked also to input your name and email address to reserve your spot. You should receive a confirmation email if you did it correctly.
