The LMS student of the month is Ryan Nunn, he is a 6th grade student.
First semester end on January 12th. We will be holding our end of semester dance next Thursday. Any students who are failing or in jeopardy of failing the semester will be held out of the dance in an effort to keep them out of credit recovery.
The 1st period music performance class will be traveling to the HS during its regular class time on Tuesday, January 10th (8:00-9:00). Their show is that evening at 7:00 in the HS MPR.
Reminder: Each teacher posts a monthly "news letter" on their individual teacher webpage giving information about the happenings in their class. Please check them out if you haven't already.

Please make sure you and your students are reading their Read N' Rap books to prepare for their upcoming book discussions the week of January 16th.
There will be a parent meeting for 8th grade girls basketball parents on January 10th at 5:10 p.m. in the commons at LMS.
