My name is Steven Durtsche. I am a Wyoming native growing up right here in Lovell. Go Bulldogs! I grew up in a large family having 4 older siblings, and 1 younger. Growing up in Lovell I participated in many activities. I grew up playing baseball, basketball, and football. I received a scholarship to play baseball at Western Oklahoma State College. Go Pioneers! After my time came to an end in Oklahoma I returned back to Wyoming and received my bachelors degree in Secondary Education with my emphasis being history from The university of Wyoming. My wife and I were married the same summer as we graduated from Wyoming. We accepted jobs to teach history in Phoenix Arizona, where we were for the next 2 years. When the opportunity arose for us to return to Wyoming to teach, we accepted and moved back home. We love teaching at Lovell Middle School. I teach Digital 6, Business Computers, Business Publications, and Current Events. When I'm not at school teaching you will find me coaching High School Football, and Middle School Boys Basketball. We recently welcomed our first child to our family, and spending time with him has been my favorite hobby for the past 18 months. In the summer you will find us traveling, fishing, and just spending time outdoors.
